Dang! - took too much Novorapid

Gah.. I just took 16u of Novorapid instead of 7. Not paying attention and dialled up my basal dose by mistake. I suddenly realised just as the plunger pushed home

Oh well, it's a good job these turned up from amazon today

hope you don't need loads of the gluco tabs, bad enough eating a couple! Could you use it as an excuse to eat something really naughty? Lol

These things are yuck Have taken preemptive quantity

I have tried hiding sugary/naughty but I usually end up eating them to stop the temptation (if that makes sense).

I was about to suggest the Nessie image before I read yours.

Is there a prize for the most creative 24 hour graph? Mine aren't very interesting - which is a good thing, obviously.

I did have an avocado, strawberry and cream smoothie for lunch today that could almost be a smilie
