Hope this is the most appropriate thread to post on, but it does concern Food and Nutrition.
I have on my desktop PC the Diogenes Database and this provides me with data on carbs and GI and GL on hundreds of foods. In original downloadable format the Diogenes data is in spreadsheet format which doesn't allow for selective searching but I have imported the data to a searchable database on the PC. (You can of course scroll the spreadsheet)
I really like to find a cheap or better still free searchable database app for iOS so that I can have a portable version taht I can populate with the Diogenes data.
