morning jack.....i've seen in these forums advice to ignore early morning readings?the morning is reliable, the level is determined by your hormones and drugs. It is a good indicator of your insulin resistance. it's normally the last number to get right on LCHF. as you have noticed, your afternoon numbers are getting good. you can also liver dump after hard exercise or very hungry.
