Just wondered if there are any ways to reduce or to BS levels rising due to heat or exercise. I go dancing once a week and my sugars are always high when I finish.

Customer helplines that use recorded menus that promise to put me through to the right person but never do - and being ill. Oh, and did I mention customer helplines :)
Before you go dancing or even while you are dancing eat some long acting carbs, they should stop your liver releasing its glycogen as you increase your energy needs with the exercise.

Something like a packet of crisps might do the trick and they are available almost everywhere.

Walkers crisps have 12.9g carbs per 25g packet and the high fat content should ensure theyre absorbed slowly, if that doesnt work try something else, but you need to stop the release of glucose into your blood stream that happens when you exercise.

Cant help you with the hot weather other than to say stay cool
