Deep aches

This morning I woke up with a really deep ache in my right knee, now its grown to both legs and arms.

Could it be my bodys reaction to the metformin or is it the cut down on sugar or weight loss? I've been on no more than 30g sugar everyday for the last month.

I didnt even exercise yesterday which makes it more confusing
 
Were you started on a statin, a med to lower cholesterol, recently? Statins can cause aching arms and legs.
 
Nope!!
Metformin (3 a day to be increased to 4 on monday) and sertraline but been on that for a few years now
 
had the covid jab recently ?
Could you have covid?
Do over the counter pain meds sucha s paracetamol or ibuprofen relieve it?

Personally it doesn't sound diabetes related to me but your gp would have a better idea
