I don't post much, but have benefitted from great advice from reading many posts. I was diagnosed with T2 in early September 24 with a HbA1c of 115! Delighted to say my most recent level has just come back at 47.

I had a similar result a few years ago, but I’m finding it increasingly difficult. What did you do?

Awesome. Hopefully you will be an inspiration to some of us that have just had some type of diagnosis.
