Delivery of FreeStyle Libre sensor

Hi,
I am a Brit living in Poland, I was diagnosed last year with Type 3c.

For the last 11 months I have been using Free Style Libre Sensors. I have just been told by Abbott Laboratories Poland that they have no sensors in Poland and the "expected" delivery time is seven weeks.

Can someone tell me what is the situation in the UK ? Are there Free Style Libre Sensors available ?

I now have to find a substitute, anyone got any suggestions ?
 
Hi @alanek is Dexcom ONE available in Poland?
This is now being offered in the UK as a Libre alternative as it is a similar price to Libre. However, you will need to use it for more than 6 weeks to make it financially worthwhile as it comes with a separate reusable transmitter.

I have not seen anyone in the UK complain about Libre availability but I do not use it myself.
 
Hi thanks for a quick reply, after a quick look at DEXCOM Poland's web page they seem to only offer the G6 system. On Dexcom UK webpage Dexcom ONE is listed as a separate product - not so on their Polish pages.

Any other suggestions, I think the G6 is much more expensive than Free Style Libre. One help from the State here in Poland I have to pay myself

Thanks for the info, as I thought they might be. Abbott Laboratories Poland is badly managed, when I first started with Free Style Libre Sensors
I paid for them on Free Style Libre Polish webpage, but the sensors were dispatched from Abbott Labs in Germany. About 3 months ago they
were warehoused and dispatch from Poland - now chaos
