dental problems

hi, i have type 1 diabetes, i have really bad dental problems which is getting me down, my dentist makes me feel dirty and embarrassed, i need help as my teeth are turning black at the back, i am 36, it is really starting to depress me, i would like to have implants but the cost is to expensive, does anyone know of a dentist where the cost is not so expensive, i live in london, any help would be appreciated. thank you ashley.
 
@Ashley78 I don't know if that's possible but if your dentist is making you feel bad, I strongly suggest changing them. You may get some more helpful,advice that way and not feel ashamed - because you shouldn't be.
 
Implants are not cheap anywhere, I don't think, but I agree with @azure. If you don't like your dentist, get a new one. It might be a pain to register somewhere new, but maybe you'll be happier with your treatment.
 
thanks for your replies, am in the process of changing dentists, if i get my teeth sorted it will give me my self esteem back.
