Depression

I am T2 on mets and insulin. I have trouble controlling my bloods and have night time hypos. I do my best to manage my life. However, some days I wake up and feel so very low. It usually only lasts a few days then my mood lifts. What brings on this depression, when life seems just too much effort?

It could actually be either a symptom of the hypos or you do have some form of depression. Only by consulting your GP and discussing it along with the hypos, to get your dosage corrected to alleviate the hypos. If your dosage is too high, that's the reason for the Hypoglycaemia.
