Dexcom 1 - App Issues

Hello all,

Is anyone else experiencing the below?

My dexcom one app has been playing up the past few days. When I’m trying to open the app it seems frozen on the loading screen and it never loads.
Eventually the app opens once I’ve closed it and opened it so many times. The app has loaded up a few times and there not be any readings either,

I’m trying to pair a new sensor and the app either won’t open or gets stuck on the home page. Clicking the settings tab on the bottom or any button for that matter doesn’t do anything.

Any advice?

I have seen this but anything on there isn’t working for me at all

Have you tried phoning the dexcom helpline? They've always been very helpful to me with g6 and g7 in Aotaroea/ New Zealand
