Dexcom g5 app and newish phones

Am contemplating self funding a dexcom g5 after I confirmed a severe libre allergy, but it looks like my phone, a samsung S10E isn't on the compatible list for G5 (it is for G6 but G6 isn't available where I live). Anyone know whether I'm going to be out of luck on this or have they just not bothered to update the compatibility list in last 6 months? (Or maybe a year, looks like iphone XR is most recent iphone on list....).

here you can download and install the modded apps. It´s the same original app, but with "no hardware check". Then it will be installed, even with a not supported device.

Usually, it works 99% devices.
