dexcom g7 data retrevial

evening all, does anyone know if it's possible to retrieve lost data off the G7, the app on my phone crashed and when I reopened it, it said needed to reset the app , but it wiped the data completely

I've had the occasional G7 sensor malfunction (usually do to me knocking my arm on a doorway) but never to a degree that all my stored data was wiped. If Clarity is also showing a blank, time to talk to the Dexcom Support desk and get them to flag to the Tech desk to see if there is a backup of your data that they can restore.

I've always found Dexcom Support to be pretty helpful.
