Hi, I'm type 1 and have been for almost 7 years now.
I've always had problems with my feet - mainly blisters - and was wondering whether anyone has got advice on good ways to prevent or treat them effectively.
Can diabetics use anti-blister gel ?
Any good socks that have worked well for you ?
I can't walk for more than about half an hour without getting them(so I've virtually always got them somewhere on my feet) and I'm going on a short break for a few days at the end of the month and don't want them to spoil the trip like they normally do.
It's definitely not athletes foot. I've just got very sensitive feet and very high arches which doesn't help.
Thanks
