Hi
i have been fairly settled over the last few years but between February to May, I was struggling to keep my sugars in check despite being well controlled in terms of LCHF and also exercising regularly.
Most notably, it did not matter how many veggies I ate or water I drank, I would regularly be stuck solid, or doing a time for 100m to the loo that Usain Bolt wouldn't argue with.
When I fell from 10st 5.5lb to 9st 8 in a couple of months (without trying) I was sent for a full blood work up and checks for bowel cancer.
I was relieved when it was a diagnosis of colitis, but I would be interested to see if another other LCHF followers have even diagnosed with this condition and how they get on? Many thanks.
