Its a interesting read, but doesn't tell us anything we already know. As Glenys Jones says at the end of the article, it is all about moderation. Rather than keeping to the same fruits day after day, it is best to vary your choice and include all, very much the same as veggies, a broad variety will bring about the best health promoting benefits.
As from a diabetes prospective, I eat my fruit as part of my main meals, having a apple,pear or orange for deserts, I find this is the best way to eat fruit without impacting on blood glucose etc.
