Diabetes and libido

Noticed a decrease in libido ever since being diagnosed and can’t seem to figure out if it’s caused by the Metformin or just the fact that I’m a bit sad after the diagnoses. Thoughts? Can’t seem to find a solid answer online.

It's a well known fact that diabetes in itself can cause such issues. Please have a word with your GP, it's a common problem.
 
Yes i suffer with that, low testosterone is another endocrine issue can come hand in hand with diabetes esp T1

speak to your GP hew will do a testosterone test and if low will prescribe testosterone either 3monthly injection.. or daily gel

Read somewhere that Metformin can lower testosterone. I could be wrong though
