I am sorry hichamgsm but that is an ignorant, .
So far everything OK in future I don't knowIf I may throw in my 2 cents...
For some, this can be a powerful motivator to work hard so that you get better control of your sugars. The better your sugar control, the lower your risk of all kinds of complications, including ED and other sexual problems. Even if you are already having problems, getting control of your sugars will slow those problems down.
Although ED can be caused by loss of sensation or blood flow problems, it can also be caused by psychological factors, which are easier to treat, so don't panic if you are having problems. Ideally, talk to a counsellor, a doctor, and your spouse.

No, no, I'm not worried about it. I'm not interested in thisWell, only YOU are in charge of that. Keep your blood glucose under control and it might not happen There's no point in worrying until it does.....worry and stress affect your blood glucose readings adversely, and may even lead to ED without elevated glucose. Do everything you can to keep those sugars under control, and it probably won't happen What a good motivator for you!
Many men prefer not to speak on the subject for the sensitivity of the problem
But today we will try to discuss it because it is an important topic and may include many diabetics
I have heard a lot about the failure of some marital relationships because of diabetes
Because of the health, psychological, economic and sexual problems
What concerns us here are sexual problems
I have heard that many marriage relationships have stopped because of that
The question is whether the person with diabetes should have this problem ?
What is the solution to avoid this
Regardless that the problem may vary from person to person and from country to country
Well good words so you can walk forward without any badI have sexual impotence, erectile dysfunction, call it what you will I have tried viagra and taladafil ( I think ) without any improvement and I do miss the physical side, but I’m not embarrassed about it or ashamed to talk about it, I think it’s very negative to repeatedly say “ men are embarrassed to talk about their feeling etc” we are not just a lack of people to care of adults problems ( I’m not a teenager that’s what I mean ) whether that be ed, depression or loneliness. I am a single man now with teenage children, but my separation was not caused by sexual health ( I think ) .

This is an interesting thread!
So far, touch wood, I haven't noticed any problems down below.
Unfortunately that fact isn't of much use to me at the moment. This thread has reminded me that I really do need to get back on eHarmony later this year to see if I can bag me a woman, I hear you can get them there.
PS: I said touch wood, didn't I?
Thank you very much for your response but diabetes causes problems in the micro vesselsTouching wood can also cause blindness, or so were told lol
Thank you very much for your response but diabetes causes problems in the micro vessels
As far as I know the penis is full of vessels
The question is, what do you mean by touching the wood?
'Touch wood' is also a British English phrase that is said to try and avoid bad luck (and I think this version of it is far older but I could be wrong): https://www.ecenglish.com/learnenglish/lessons/what-does-touch-wood-meanSee above post from Adam, for men to have “ wood” is slang / anecdotal for erection and it’s a long standing joke people allegedly told the male children “ touching that will make you go blind “

Drug use is a temporary solution I think
Indeed. Here is Dr Bernstein on the subject:In our culture, a lot of men with ED are made to feel that it's a relationship issue when it's not. It's often a blood vessel issue. And often, even controlling diabetes perfectly is not enough to fix it.
