Hi
I have had diabetes for 38 years and its never been easy to control, but the last year I have been going through the menopause and it is just getting so unpredictable. Does anyone have any advice of natural or other products that can help? The diabetes centre does not seem to have much knowledge and says I need to "muddle through". My sugars can go from 18 down to 2 in less than an hour sometimes, and then the same in the other direction. I use the libre and think without this I would have ended up in hospital many times. Up until a week ago the only part of the graph that was more or less constant was overnight where I would gently drop down until around 5 am (being about 6mmol at this time) and then gently rise up to about 7/8 when I got up. But for the last week, it has been crashing up and down all through the night, going as low as 2.5 at times. Anyone else's experience of menopause would be very welcome. Thanks
