What passes for "star" these days

he has nearly 300,000 subscribers. Thats a star. My son has around 140,000 Youtube subscribers, so not quite as a big a star.

Yep he is. I remember reading about him in a Kerrang interview (in the 1980s.) mentioning briefly being diabetic & a little out of control in his rock & roll days with his band Poison.
From memory his "roadie" used to bail him out of hypoglycemic "scrapes."
