Last night was crazy for me as I neglected my body by going out for the first time in 2 months by boozing out, having a plateful of carbs, second helpings and desserts followed by drinking more out afterwards till 3 am. Now i feel even worse and just want to eat more and more. I've just had a bad **** few weeks with everything from my parents to my laptop breaking down, also from being stressed all the time to feeling depressed as my girlfriend is away for 6 months now. Has anyone experienced having this burnout and if so how did you overcome it as I am feeling pretty low and seriously thinking about doing something dangerous that I might later regret.
big daddy .
Okay last night you had a big blow out - so to coin a phrase .
Maybe feeling angry and hurt with few things and issues etc .
So you went a tad wild last night with the booze and fodder .
Today or even tomorrow is a new day - fresh start - chance to change all things to a new beginnings .
Positive mind set over matter 'needed here' .
Think about keeping in touch with your girlfriend and parents [loved ones]
get all problems aired and discussed kind of thing .
Tell them if you are feeling low or struggling etc .
Contact is important now especially if you are struggling with things .
Also work on overcoming the negative with positive things that will make others proud of you
as well as you feeling proud of your own efforts over things will give you a positive sense of achievement
Please don't beat yourself up or be too hard on yourself over this .
This will only make you feel much 'worse' ...
It WILL take time and effort to feel a sense of improvement on things but it
can be done

Time is great as it can /will - help shape and mould and heal and change things for you .
All for the better and greater good too .
Thinking of doing dangerous things is the road to nowhere !
Please think of how others may feel should they know you are thinking/contemplating such a thing too .
Best and wisest to vist your own GP or DSN should you
continue to feel like this .
This could be depression that will need/require treatment .
If you are dependent on other things [drink/drugs/food] the battle will be harder for you .
Needing specialist help and advice .
I mention this just in case you may be ?
Hope this post can reassure you and help a little .
Anna .
