Hey I am second year student. I would like help with my dissertation. I was trying to get a good topic for my work and currently struggling. Can someone help me. Thanks.

You need to give more info than that, if you want help. Unless you are looking for someone to do your dissertation for you. If so, there are websites for that, but you have to pay a lot.
Second year studying what? Where? What level of study?

When you do know what you want your research questions to be you will need to submit a request to admin on here. @Giverny.

Thank you and I'm not planning to ask someone to do my work. I just need help with finding the best topic. Currently i researched about low carb in take, limiting sodium, cell transplants, new tests, faster treatment for type 2 diabetes, and a1c tests

Well then, how about a comparison of diets?

People here use Low Carb High Fat, to gain blood glucose control. Others use Newcastle diet. Recommended NHS diet is low fat with complex carbs.

I suggest reading from Trudi Deakin, Professor Taylor, and NHS Healthy eating literature for a start.

You didn't say what it is you are studying, and where. It would have helped to know your subject.

You might also look into hyperinsulinemia as it relates to the other things you have mentioned.
 
Ah had not noticed that, it just popped up as a new post. Oh well, maybe someone else could do a dissertation on it.
