Are there any alternatives to insulin?

What can I take instead? Should I take it?

It would help if you could say what type you are, for instance if type 1 then no, there are no alternatives, if Type 2 then diet can help.

    Your profile says you're 17 so I'm going to assume T1, @Kaliyuaziz .
For a T1 it's insulin, no alternatives. What does your doctor say?

If you're type 1 then the only alternative is death

Why are you looking for alternatives?
