Heya I'm sorta new here so I thourght I'd write some questions we could all reply to! Please message me as I am always up for a chat because I know how you all feel :) xx

6) What is the thing you like about Diabetes? Apple juice and sweets can be my 'medication'!
7) How long have you had Diabetes, diagnosis date? May 2011, almost 3 years now
8) Do you mind people asking questions about your condition/medication? No, I prefer it to when they just stare
9) Country you live in? England
10) Hobbies? Singing, Dancing, Acting
11) How you treat a hypo? Polos (the mints) or just a glass of apple juice
12) Your worst hyper? 39 point something when I was diagnosed

Worrying about future complications, at the moment specifically worrying about complications in pregnancy as I really want another baby soon but have to wait until I have better control; I would love a natural water birth at home but dont think its likely!!
6) What is the thing you like about Diabetes? It prompted me to learn to cook properly and experiment with all kinds of fun food

11) How you treat a hypo? I have only recently realised how badly I was over correcting hypos - I try to be more measured now with a couple of sweets, or raisins or a square of chocolate
12) Your worst hyper? I was 28 when diagnosed, just before I started low carbing my meter said 'HI' - never happened before and made me really thibk about what im doing to myself. Irony is it was from snacking on "sugar free" cookies ha
