I do not have diabetes
Hi all, im a college student completing a research project around diagnosis of type 1 diabetes and was wondering if anyone would be willing to complete my short questionnaire upon diagnosis of type 1 diabetes, this doesn't need to be newly diagnosed, all information will be confidential and any participant can withdraw at anytime, the results will be categorised and put into a report format and only used for my college work purposes and seen by my tutor. my aim is to see if there is sufficent support upon diagnosis.

Not being able to eat as many chocolate digestives as I used to.
Might help if you explained somewherr on this page that your research is aimed at parents and children.
