We want you to make a Diabetes Week resolution, something that you want to achieve by next Diabetes Week. It can be anything you like from “I want to have quit smoking” or “I will exercise 5 times a week” by Diabetes Week 2015. No matter how big or small, a simple change can make a big difference.
