I do not have diabetes
Diabetes Week starts on Sunday 8th June and runs until Saturday 14th June and this year’s theme, set up by Diabetes UK is “I can!”

We want you to make a Diabetes Week resolution, something that you want to achieve by next Diabetes Week. It can be anything you like from “I want to have quit smoking” or “I will exercise 5 times a week” by Diabetes Week 2015. No matter how big or small, a simple change can make a big difference. Share yours!

How about I won't spend so much time on this forum......then I will have more time to be active?

I can avoid watching the Britain's Got Talent Final on Saturday night, OK I know it's a day early :D

I can.... lose my excess weight by next Diabetes Week. :)

Regards,

Carol

I'm heading in the right direction and hope to use this week as a focus to achieving less. I.e. Less weight, less BGs.
Let's all go for it.

How about "I can eat doughnuts" ;) but I won't (often honest)

I can declutter my house, and declutter my life.

I Can.... Be satisfied as long as i try my best
I Can.... Be changed by what happens to me, but i refused to be reduced by it
I Can.... Always turn around, no matter how far ive gone wrong
I Can.... Do it!

I plan to sustain my weight loss (30+ kg) and regular exercise established since my Type diagnosis in October :)

I plan to keep encouraging others to make changes to their lifestyle and eating habits

I will not give up on hope, i will stick to the exercise and healthy eating and aim to get my blood sugars to the normal range,I CAN DO IT. I will not let diabetes control me, I will control it.

Flylady it !!!!!! :D She turned my life around in those areas :) she runs a nonprofit website if you haven't heard of her, for us living in CHAOS ( Cant Have Anyone Over Syndrome) she also deals with "stinking thinking" about yourself and how to FLY (Finally Love Yourself). Superb!

For myself, for the next year I am going to do 3 positive things every day for my health and wellbeing and jot them down last thing before bed.
