To lose weight or diet in general ? I would just try to eat a balanced healthy diet. Try to reduce carbs/sugars as much as suits you. Avoid processed foods/ready meals if poss.
Just want to ask you as i am suffering from Type 1 diabetes & from lst 3 to 4 months,I had reduced the weight around 9 kg & still my sugar level is high.fasting 200 & after food 350,
Can you pls suggest me the diet,so i can follow the same & keep the sugar level in proper way...
