Hi,
I've been type 1 for nearly 20 years. Finally got my pump late last year and have a sensor too.
My question is, I've sweated (at the back of my neck) whenever I eat for the last few years but lately it's gotten so bad I'm getting really embarrassed about it.
Is it just me or does anyone else suffer with this?

Not experienced this for many years, before I was diagnosed with T2 and my BG were off the scale I would drip with sweat all over my head when I ate, Now my BG are in control it doesn’t happen

There is a thing called gustatory sweating do you think it could be this? Maybe get it checked out

I have a strange issue with some foodstuffs, whereby I have a
hot flash a few minutes after eating them. It lasts for maybe
five or 10 minutes, then disappears.

I ran this past my doctor, and he said he'd never heard of this
before with diabetics. It's not particularly concerning, but I'm
left wondering if there’s any relationship between body core
temperature and specific types of foods.

Your comment about your sweating piqued my interest.
