Im 28 t1d from 4 years my weight is high start diet only one meal with walking every day for1 hour last year have cholestemia took medication for 2 months and spare for 2 months was 192
My HBa1c last time was 5.7 will have new test next week and i will show my leg to my GP
I walked today for long distance maybe 2.5 km i was bit rough on myself

I don't know if it is, but I would suggest you to see the doctors because i think anything related to foot of people like us who have diabetes should take great attention.
 
Looks like the remnants of a blister to me.... caused by walking more than you are accustomed to. :)
Having said that, I am not a doctor.

Congratulations on such an excellent HbA1C and on taking more exercise.
 
Yes as stated above it looks like the aftermath of a blister.. The skin looks very healthy and there is no sign of any infection.

Important though to get it checked out.. We must take all necessary precautions with any foot issues..
