Housework - hate housework with a passion - and rude people.
Apparently, if my next HbA1c (due in January 2020) is at a similar level to the one I had last week (36), then I will officially be in remission.....
LCHF is a miracle worker and I am so very grateful to all you kind hearts that pointed me in it's direction when I was first diagnosed and joined this forum. From the bottom of my (now healthy) heart, Thank You x x x x x x

Congratulations and well done!

Hey you did all the work.. we just gave vague directions... so well done to you!

Hardly 'work' though is it? Just eating all the really good stuff you always thought was bad for you but without the bulky bits.

Brilliant work! Keep it going! As you say, it’s hardly a chore is it?

Marvellous! Very well done. Although I agree that it’s not a chore to stick with it once on a roll. As much glorious food as you can shake a stick at making you healthier than you’ve ever been, vs. cake? Tough one

There’s always low carb cake recipes!

If confronted with cake I always ask the question, what do I want, cake or both feet and good eyesight..... Guess which wins!

Oh well done! That’s remarkable, I’m so pleased for you
