Whilst on topic - can anyone recommend a good watch that'l record fitness etc and allow me to monitor my levels?

Well, it maybe real, I know experiments where being conducted with tech that could use different types of light to measure glucose levels...so the watch would fire through light and then record how much goes through to determine glucose....

don't know how far off they are or if its worth pursuing...

as far as smart watches, they are all much the same although there are ones that a more geared towards fitness like fitbit....
