Diabetic snack bars

Does anyone know where in the UK I can buy the Extend brand of diabetic snack bars. I tried these in the USA and brought some home, they were fantastic in having little if any effect on my blood sugar level. Walmart has a whole shelf dedicated to diabetic foods/snacks, unfortunately not so here. The prices as well were good, and not ripped off as we are here.

It is my understanding that foods can no longer be marketed as being diabetes friendly or the like in the UK, so any packaging you see labelled as such could mean the product is getting on a bit.

There are lots of snacking bars out there, but without knowing how you interpret diabetic, and what sort of eating plan you follow, in this context, it's tricky for anyone to point you in a meaningful direction.

If you ask Dr Google to find you the Extend bars, something might turn up

They where invented by a doctor specifically to help control blood sugars and are available on the Amazon American site.

I’ve just tried my first Adonis nut snack bar produced in UK. They come highly recommended by others on this forum who are eating low carb. Top marks for taste - It was delicious and only has 2 grams of carb per bar so unlikely to impact bgs - others have reported that the snack bar had no impact on their bgs.
Only issue is their price which is I believe because they use certain low carb ingredients which tend to be pricey eg erythritol is the most bg friendly natural sweetner and they only use this one. They are available on amazon - but irs a small company see

Edited to add website says stocked in h and b and Ocado

I looked up the bars and the nutritional information is confusing. Typically a 40g bar is 20g carbs of which 10g is fibre and sugar alcohols, what is the other 10g?
If someone has invented a way to control blood glucose, I would like to know what it is.
