Diabetics R Us

Mini-festival this weekend! Two nights in a tent, music, and everyone brings food which gets shared. Thankfully 41 years (or maybe 39, I suppose my parents were more careful when I was a baby) of eating dubiously stored food has taught me my plumbing must be made of stainless steel, so no worries there. Also happy I'm not in the habit of washing hands before testing, I just wipe away the first drop. It will be an interesting diabetic challenge though. And a lot of fun too, I expect, especially if diabetes chooses to behave itself more or less.

Enjoy but go careful.

Yes, Sandwich near Dover, Kent
I've now got a lovely cool breeze coming through the window

Lot cooler here but no sign of rain yet. Im oop noorth in Yorkshire. I need rainfall so I do not have to wash the bird poo off my garden bench, yuck!

Still no rain here (Lancashire) but today has been blo*dy cold. A long sleeve day.

Garden coming on OK. About half done, and hubby has managed to empty the pond, which has been hard work. He's ordered 20 bags of sand now to fill it in, then some top soil and stones/pebbles, then design a shallow water feature with a waterfall hopefully, so the birds will like it but the dog won't drown.

Cooler but Mr ickihun keeps turning fan off and closing windows. It's not that cold. Is it?
My thyroid must have gone wayward again, if so.

Kids are saying they were hot.
How do i tell Mr ickihun he's wrong.... again. Ha ha (giggle giggle).

My wife always says it's cold when it's not and all the women in my office complain if I switch the air conditioning on, until I read your post I was convinced all women were cold blooded. lol

Will do and will post pictures. Both of festival and of results on Libre, regardless if I nailed it or if they prove I need more practice in dosing for caipirinha's (the festival's signature drink, it seems).

Has to be better than janeva jong (sp).
