Are you UK based? At the moment
Folpik XL 10mg (felodipine) (daily)
SunVit-D3 20,000 IU (Cholecalciferol) (weekly)
Januvia 100mg (Sitagliptin) (daily)
Atorvastatin 20mg (daily)
I have to get more meds (Ramipril 2.5mg) to go with these - did start just on standard antibiotics
Hba1c? not sure but if this is sugar count I think they said it was about 88, I've got more tests in a couple of weeks.
Regarding the cert, yeh i got a load of meds the day before they gave me the results and said you now diabetic and gave me the form to fill in and send off (but said unsure if I would get a cert), which was easter. I spoke to my chemist and because i got some the day before they completed the exemption form ready for when I get the card through, just a lot of outlay to begin with
I did ask about the blood tests and they advised at the moment no need to do them yet, but i do have to do my blood pressure on regular basis as high.
@bulkbiker yes i'm in the UK, the Vit D they said was very low and thus given me those to take for 3 months on weekly basis and that my cholesterol was high.
i'll try to get more information on my next visit as with everything was going on all at once and quite overwhelming in to take in.
Oh yes got name wrong, the one I use is called carb manager, I don’t pay for the premium features and I do need to check the values but it allows scanning of foods from barcodes. Has searchable foods and allows tracking of foods. I use digital scales as well.@bulkbiker will ask when I'm there
@Andydragon do you know the exact name of the app so can look it up as Lifesum is constantly changing how much to eat each day (ie it will say 1000 cals for lunch, but if you enter 300 cals it says perfect and then changes the max to just over 300 for the meal and then add 1000+ cals for a snack.)
