Hi all,
Got diagnosed early April after initially going to hospital for UTI after unable to get doc's appointment.
Big change in what I can eat, but not too bothered about that but will miss out on a lot of my favourites (including the wife's homemade jams)
If it weren't for an OOH Doctor who immediately mentioned that I needed diabetes tests as all the symptoms I had mentioned to my own doctor and hospital and initial tests taken they never mentioned it.
Shocked at how much meds have to take
taken more in the last few weeks that taken in the last decade.
Are there any decent apps on android that looks at the food you eat as a diabetic and keeps a record of it and can be linked into either Samsung Health (main), Google Fit or FitBit - I currently use Lifesum but want something better and have used MyFitnessPal in past but both these are not geared towards UK products and also have incorrect values.
