DICE courses!

Hi all not been on in a while!

What are your thoughts on carb counting?
My DSN has booked me in 4 a dice course on the 1st nov and not looking forward 2it at all!
I have a bit of a hetic lifestyle and dont think ill hav the time 2 measure out food!!!
Have u any good advice on this?? plz help :?

When I was on insulin I carb counted but never weighed any food out.
What is a dice course I've never heard of it before?

Never heard of DICE either. Googled it and didnt come up with anything related to carb counting.

Are you sure it wasnt DAFNE?
