Curious if anyone has already tried it. I'm not sure about the link sharing policy on the forum that's why I'm not posting links.
But it's everywhere on Amazon these days, sold at 34 pounds / 40 EUR. They don't disclose any certifications not to mention consumables. It became available in September 2023 and there are no reviews yet... Anyone tried it yet? Tks

Hi @silviu , at this point there are no watches at all which can measure blood glucose anywhere near trustworthy.
Have a read of this post and the link in it by one of our members who tried some of them: https://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/th...se-sugar-monitoring-watch.199820/post-2648047

There is a very good reason why we use fingerpricks and CGMs measuring glucose inside our bodies and not from the outside.

thank you @Antje77 ! I thought so too but with technology evolving so fast these days, I thought maybe I am behind the trends :p
I'll have a read through, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

The curious thing is that there are hundreds sold on aliexpress and get high ratings as well. I'll have to investigate a bit more.

Fake reviews are a thing, especially if the total number is below the mid hundreds. Also employed are listing switches where something innocuous is listed and reviewed positively before something else being switched into the listing and inheriting the review history.

I guess if non diabetics try these watches it might not be obvious to them that the results are fake, since their sugars stay in the normal range and they aren't used to testing their blood and recognising the feeling of highs and lows.
If someone's levels always stay between 4 and 7, and you give them a random number between 4 and 7, it will never be very far wrong! Pretty useless for us though.

Some of the reviews on amazon are less than positive.... Though most of the ones with bad reviews seem to no longer have stock....
There are also lots of "non medical use" disclaimers....
