My Fasting Blood Glucose Reading was 9.9 Millimoles Per Litre this morning at 7:05 am. I think that the main precipitating factor for this is because I very foolishly consumed a very substantial lamb doner kebab and the pitta bread was high in complex carbohydrates. And I'd already perfected my glycaemia to 6.3 Millimoles Per Litre just before consuming the kebab meal. This is a perfect example how I'm struggling insurmountably with my type II diabetes mellitus although in past days I've achieved optimum fasting blood glucose readings.
