Hi
I would be grateful if anyone could direct me to where I might find a good low carb diet sheet.
I am trying to control my T2 and lose weight.
I have been doing the "Lose a stone in a week" diet pretty successfully but I would like a low carb diet I can follow each day.

Have a look at dietdoctor.com they do a two week low carb challenge with recipies and it very much tells you what to each each day.

The only way I could lose 14llbs in a week would be to ask someone with a chainsaw to chop off my left leg.

Just Google it.
Don't really expect to lose the stone but you will definitely lose half stone.
Careful with the Grapefruit if you are on any form of Statins
