I'm at Guy's and St Thomas' - they treat you as a single trust, and the senior consultants cover both hospitals. I got my pump through them and the DSN that I work with there is good. They also haven't turned their noses up at low carb either.

What fish have you tried? How did you cook it?

Is there anything specific you are trying to do on the site? Are you on a computer or using the app on a phone or tablet? We'll try to help where we can.

Have you tried loosely wrapping your plain fish in foil, with a knob of butter inside, then just popping it into the oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the fillet you have. That keeps the plain fish lovely and soft. I did plain, fresh mackerel in this way a few days ago. I didn't use butter as the fish is already oily, so kept beautifully moist without it. I had however added about a spoonful of lime juice and a few chilli flakes. It was delicious!

Once we know how we can help you navigate we can point you to threads, such as this one: http://www.diabetes.co.uk/forum/threads/type-2s-what-have-you-eaten-today.75783/page-72#post-1254113
