At the risk of provoking outrageI have porridge most mornings: 25g (dried weight) of oats, salt, a teaspoon of stevia, because I can't stand unsweetened porridge, and made with water (no milk). In conjunction with a cup of coffee and goat's milk, it raises my BG by round about 1 point after 2 hours. May not suit everyone, other breakfasts are available, your vote will not count but may be charged for, terms and conditions apply etc.....
