Hi All
I suspect this question or something similar has already been posted but I can't find it
Since being diagnosed with T2 approx 6 years ago I ignored NHS advice & went low carb. Since then my annual Hba1C has been in the range 34-38
However the most recent was 42 - wasn't expecting this especially as I'm eating the same diet, exercising as I've done for many years & my weight is stable. The only thing that's changed is I'm a year older
I'm baffled but assume I'm not the only person this has happened to
Any words of wisdom much appreciated
Howzat?
David
