I can’t remember which recipe for granola I used but Googling low carb granola brings up loads of recipes.
I’ve suffered from painful infected flareups requiring hospitalisation for decades. However since going low carb those have almost disappeared. However constipation has increased despite lots of fluids and green veg.thanks Rachox ,

I used to follow the keto diet I think I should get back on it , I’ve even got the book so no excuses.
Thank you to lovinlng life , this was the first very bad turn I’d had for ages , maybe I’m blaming the wrong thing.
To be frank and probably to much info I swing from constipation to the other way , in fact the constipation is easier to control.
