Hi sandysanHi can anyone help please I am type 2 diabetic the last few months my diabeties has gone up my hba1c is 94? Whatever that means ,,,, when I chew my first mouthful of food I go dizzy . Would this be to do with diabeties?
I guess you already know what you should be doing. If you have previously got down to an A1c of 40, then you can can do it again. That sort of success is repeatable. The medication can, I understand, be very helpful. But you've done this once already, so you can do it again. You know what you need to do.Hello and thankyou for your replies..... I have been type 2 for a long time I am on glucophage 1 morning 1 night 1,000 mg.
I am diet controlled last year I got my hba1c down to 40.....but xmas ruined it for me since xmas my own fault eat anything and everything hence why I'm over 90 hba1c last 2 weeks i was put on gliclazide 40mg morning 40 night..........i have done my blood sugar reading today and tonight , 6.8 this afternoon after food .....6.4 tonight after food , but I thought maybe it's been that high that might of been glucose rush as I actually start eating
Mmm, once the food hits the stomach after eating as the article describes possibly - but during chewing the first mouthful as described ?When we eat, this triggers a rush of blood to the tissues surrounding your stomach and gut. It can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure and cause fainting.
