I carry my prescription repeat form with me on there I state I have a pacemaker and am type 2 Diabetic but do have a tag for my keys.

I am type2, not on medication for that. I do have other medication though. I wear an SOS talisman necklace, which contains a strip with all details on it. This can be updated at any time. I suppose I do not need to wear one, but any of us can have an accident and it does no harm, and might just be of some use. Probably essential if you have allergies, like penicillin or wasp stings, where you could be in real trouble quickly.
