do i have diabetes?

hi all, just a question really as i think i may have diabetes, ive been experiencing increased thirst a hell of a lot, if i drink a pint of water just say straight after i need another like it hasnt quenched my thirst. this is all the time and im just constantly thirsty!does any one know the signs for it? like all of the symptoms? thanks

That is one of many signs for diabetes. To be honest, thirst on it's own could be many things. It's impossible to give a diagnosis on a forum but if you're concerned, go see your doc. They can do a Blood Glucose test straight away which would give a good indication either way. Good luck, Mo

Yes, thirst is one of several early symptoms. Going to the loo a lot is another. Yes get a test done by the GP or even the local pharmacy for a quick ckeck
