Do I have prediabetes?

Hello guys , so i was wondering if i have prediabetes or something. My HbA1C is 5,6% and my blood sugar level is 5,7mmol/l . My GP said that I have nothing to worry about but I am still concerned.

Scroll down to the chart with the figures. Your doctor is right that your results don't show prediabetes.

Do you have any reason to be concerned about prediabetes eg diabetes in the family, etc?

Both 5.6% and 5.7mmol are great reading.
Prediabetic were I live are HbA1c of 6.0% or greater and fasting value between 6.0-6.9mmol.

So no need to worry
