do i have symptoms of neuropathy?

Hiya, ive been feeling really dizzy lately and had extreme tingling in my fingertips and lips. I have been also feeling very faint. I have also had numbness and just a strange feeling with my hands. I checked my blood every time and it was slightly raised but ive been having a hard time of late and working with my hospital to get better control. so i am aware my hba1c is too high. I was worried about my symptoms so looked up diabetic neuropathy and i have more symptoms that were highlighted, such as toilet problems and dryness...should i be making another appt with a doctor? ( i went with faintness and headaches but they just gave me amitriptylin...i have just come off anti depressants as well...

...quite concerned help please

This could be many things, not all Diabetes related.

Please make an appointment asap and see your GP about this. We are not allowed to diagnose.
 
Neuropathy usually starts in the feet, not the hands. This comes on very gradually.

Your symptoms sound much more like an anxiety state. You should indeed see your GP about it.
