Sound ok? I was thinking they would make a good snack

Ok for a snack mind. You can also buy plain cooked chicken bites which are lower in carbs and good for snacks, just watch out for the chickens that are cooked in brown sugar!!

Doesn't look too bad, the carbs are low although palm oil is not one of the better fats.

Usually we buy a whole chicken and roast it (had one tonight in fact) but last week I bought a skinless boneless chicken breast (cost more than the whole chicken!) which can be cut up with scissors and fried very quickly. With the addition of other ingredients and spices you can make a tolerably quick snack or three.

Oh my goodness. Are you serious, Sue? Why? Thankfully, I tend to cook all my own meat anyway but I'm stunned to think brown sugar would be added to a chicken (unless it was a barbeque sauced one). Just goes to show how we need to check everything.
