I dont eat as many carbs or as many calories as I did before I was diagnosed and I will choose lower GI foods where possible providing I like them but I wouldnt call the way I eat a diet.

Giverny has already posted a link to the Community pages of the forum to say that a Low Carbohydrate diet is up to 130g a day, so anyone eating 130g or below can select that option if they choose.
